A New Model for Financial Services
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
RMH Capital Launches Integrated Financial Services Platform to Serve Companies Across the Full Business Lifecycle
Minneapolis, Minnesota — June 2026 — RMH Studios today announced the formation of RMH Capital, a next-generation financial services platform designed to provide advisory, capital, and strategic support to companies from inception through maturity.
RMH Capital brings together investment banking, capital markets, corporate banking, venture capital, management consulting, private equity, and corporate finance capabilities under a unified platform built to serve founders, corporations, institutional investors, and public-sector partners.
The launch reflects a belief that the future of financial services belongs to firms capable of supporting clients across the entirety of their growth journey—from startup formation and venture financing to strategic acquisitions, public markets transactions, and long-term capital deployment.
“Companies today face increasingly complex strategic and financial decisions that cannot be solved through isolated advisory relationships,” said Alex Wu, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RMH Capital. “Our vision is to build an integrated platform where capital, expertise, and execution work together to help clients navigate every stage of growth.”
RMH Capital will initially operate through six core business lines:
RMHan Stanley - Investment Banking: Providing mergers and acquisitions advisory, capital raising, strategic alternatives analysis, and corporate finance solutions.
RMH Street - Markets: Delivering market intelligence, institutional execution capabilities, research, and risk management solutions.
Corporate Banking: Offering lending, treasury management, liquidity solutions, and relationship banking services.
Venture Capital - RMHCombinator: A venture platform focused on accelerating early-stage companies through capital, mentorship, strategic guidance, and access to RMH Capital’s broader network.
Consulting - RMHcKinsey: A management consulting practice serving organizations across strategy, operations, organizational effectiveness, and digital transformation.
Private Equity - RMHstone: A private equity platform focused on long-term value creation through growth equity and impact-oriented investments.
At the center of RMH Capital’s strategy is what the firm calls its Integrated Platform Model—a framework designed to connect advisory, banking, investing, and consulting capabilities into a single client experience. Rather than operating as standalone divisions, each business is intended to share insights, relationships, and expertise to create deeper and more durable partnerships.
The firm believes this model will allow RMH Capital to establish relationships with clients earlier, support them through critical growth milestones, and remain a trusted strategic partner over the long term.
“Financial institutions have historically organized themselves around products,” Wu added. “We are organizing around client outcomes. Our goal is to build an institution capable of helping exceptional companies move from idea to industry leadership.”
Over the coming years, RMH Capital plans to invest significantly in technology infrastructure, talent acquisition, regulatory capabilities, and strategic partnerships as it scales its platform.
The launch of RMH Capital represents the next stage in RMH Studios’ broader mission of building enduring institutions that combine innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
